Veterans Crisis Line 1-800-273-8255 The Veterans Crisis Line connects Veterans in crisis and their families and friends with qualified, caring Department of Veterans Affairs responders through a confidential toll-free hotline, online chat, or text. Veterans and their loved ones can call 1-800-273-8255 and Press 1, chat online, or send a text message to 838255 to receive confidential support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Support for deaf and hard of hearing individuals is available.
Non-Profit Organizations
 USO Cause is proud to partner with the USO at Fort Belvoir's Warrior & Family Center. After 70 years of supporting troops and their families, the USO continues to provide services that boost morale and resilience all over the world.
Operation Homefront Operation Homefront (OH) provides emergency financial and other assistance to the families of our service members and wounded warriors.

Not Alone
Not Alone is a national non-profit organization that provides confidential, no-cost programs and services to warriors and their families facing Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and combat stress.
Hope for the Warriors The mission of Hope For The Warriors® is to enhance the quality of life for post-9/11 service members, their families, and families of the fallen who have sustained physical and psychological wounds in the line of duty.

T.A.P.S. - Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors
TAPS is the 24/7 tragedy assistance resource for ANYONE who has suffered the loss of a military loved one, regardless of the relationship to the deceased or the circumstance of the death.

Yellow Ribbon Fund The Yellow Ribbon Fund helps bridge the gap while injured service members are recovering in the Washington, DC, area at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and Fort Belvoir Community Hospital.
Fisher House Foundation Providing a "home away from home" for military families to be close to a loved one during hospitalization for an illness, disease or injury.

Project Healing Waters Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, Inc. is dedicated to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of disabled active military service personnel and veterans through fly fishing and fly tying education and outings.
Operation Hire Our Heroes Operation: Hire Our Heroes mission is to show our love, support and gratitude to the brave men and women who served our Nation, by providing the resources needed to reduce the unemployment rate among returning veterans.
Semper Fi Fund The Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit set up to provide immediate financial support for injured and critically ill members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families, regardless of what branch they serve. We direct urgently needed resources to post 9-11 service members within 24-72 hours of request.
After Deployment Provides self-care solutions targeting post-traumatic stress, depression, and other behavioral health challenges commonly faced after a deployment.

Our mission is to serve the active military including the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard, the Reserves including Army Reserve, Navy Reserve, Air Force Reserve, Marine Reserve and the National Guard. We are also honored to serve Veterans, retirees, DoD civil servants and their spouses and dependents.

TBI/PTSD Resources

BrainLine Military Provides military specific information and resources on TBI to veterans and service members in all five branches along with the Reserves, Guard, and their families.
Mobile App: PTSD Coach PTSD Coach mobile app wins FCC award for helping people use technology to manage PTSD symptoms. The PTSD Coach app can help you learn about and manage symptoms that commonly occur after trauma. Features include: Reliable information on PTSD and treatments that work, tools for screening and tracking your symptoms, convenient, easy-to-use skills to help you handle stress symptoms, direct links to support and help, always with you when you need it.
Army Resources
Army One Source Access health care information, education resources, volunteer opportunities, and other pertinent information for soldiers and their families.
Army Wife Network Through their various resources like the Army Wife Talk Radio program, the Loving A Soldier Blog, Field Problems Column, & Field Exercise events, AWN provides an excellent place for Army spouses worldwide.
Marine Corps Resources
Wounded Warrior Regiment
The United States Marine Corps Wounded Warrior Regiment serves Marines who are wounded in combat, fall ill, or are injured in the line of duty. This includes active duty, reserve and veteran Marines.
Air Force Resources
Air Force Wounded Warrior The Air Force will take care of its Wounded Warriors. We will fully support the Office of the Secretary of Defense programs to keep highly skilled men and women on active duty. If this is not feasible, the Air Force will ensure Airmen receive enhanced assistance through the AFW2 program.
Navy & Coast Guard Resources
Navy Wounded Warrior Safe Harbor Foundation Navy Wounded Warrior – Safe Harbor is the Navy’s organization for coordinating the non-medical care of seriously wounded, ill, and injured Sailors, Coast Guardsmen, and their families.
Family Resources
Military Kids Connect MilitaryKidsConnect (MKC) is an online community of military children (ages 6-17 yr old) that provides access to age-appropriate resources to support children from pre-deployment, through a parent's or caregiver's return.

Sesame Street: Talk, Listen, Connect As many as 700,000 children under the age of five have a parent in the military. Recognizing the need for first-rate media-based resources to support military families, in 2006, Sesame Workshop launched the bilingual (English/Spanish), multimedia outreach initiative Talk, Listen, Connect: Helping Families During Military Deployment (TLC).
